Cancellation, No Show & Rescheduling Policy
As a courtesy we will send a SMS to you to confirm your appointment, however if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
We require 24 Hours notice of cancellation of your appointment. From the time you make your appointment that time with your beauty therapist is set aside for only you, this means that if someone else wants that time and therapist, we cannot give it to them. This results in unhappy customers and therapists.
Please be aware that like you, our time is precious. A cancellation less than 24 hrs or a no show will result in a $20per hr fee as we may not be able to fill the allotted time that was set aside for you.
To prevent delays in the salon if you are late for your appointment we do require a phone call. If a client is 15 minutes late this will be considered a no show and your appointment may be forfeited and given to another client.
If you do arrive late please be aware you may not receive your full service to the standard Lilac Beaute Lounge wishes to provide as your late arrival will result in the next client waiting and will continue throughout the day.
A no show client after the second no show will be require to pay in full upfront when booking their next appointment.
